Job Description
As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will support the Venue and General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, with a strong focus on managing high-volume food service within a casual pub environment. You will ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing food and beverage service across multiple outlets within the venue
- Supporting rostering, stock control, and operational planning
- Maintaining compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards
- Leading, mentoring, and developing team members
- Driving customer engagement and satisfaction
The ideal candidate will be a proven hospitality professional with experience managing high-volume food operations in a casual dining or pub environment. You will bring strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a hands-on management style.
