Job Description

As Assistant Venue Manager, you will support the Venue Manager in leading the day-to-day operations across all facets of the business – including food and beverage, events, gaming, and large-scale activations. The role is hands-on, with a strong focus on team leadership, service standards, and guest engagement. You will play a key part in delivering memorable experiences and supporting strategic initiatives that continue to grow the venue's reputation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations across bar, floor, gaming, and events

  • Leading, training, and mentoring front-of-house teams

  • Supporting the execution of live music events and brand activations

  • Managing compliance, stock, and service standards

  • Collaborating with management to drive venue performance

Candidate Profile

You will be a dynamic and experienced leader from a similar high-volume environment. With strong operational knowledge and a passion for hospitality, you will thrive in a role that blends structure with creativity. A background in gaming, events, or large-format venues will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality operations

  • Strong knowledge of F&B, events, and gaming
