- Oversee daily venue operations with a focus on guest experience and service
- Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate front and back of house team
- Manage labour, stock, and cost controls to meet financial targets
- Collaborate on menu, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
- Engage in group-level projects and contribute to the evolution of the business

- At least two years' experience in a management role within a food and beverage venue
- Strong understanding of operational systems, rostering, and cost control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A growth mindset and a genuine desire to build a long-term career
- Comfortable working across both CBD and suburban venues as needed
- Current RSA and RCG required
