Job Description
As Assistant Venue Manager, you will support the Venue Manager in delivering seamless service, team leadership, and operational excellence. You will lead from the floor, drawing energy from the buzz of a busy venue and inspiring your team to deliver consistent and memorable guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
- Support and develop a diverse, energetic team
- Maintain strong service standards across dine-in and takeaway
- Drive sales and efficiency through strong floor presence and systems
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, excellence, and fun

- Experience in a similar assistant manager or team leader role
- Strength in high-volume, guest-facing environments
- Confident communicator with strong floor and team presence
