The Assistant Venue Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading the team across all aspects of daily operations. This position offers exposure to senior responsibilities and is ideal for a motivated professional seeking career growth in a busy, high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the management of daily operations and service standards
- Leading and motivating staff across all departments
- Overseeing rostering, stock management, and compliance requirements
- Supporting financial performance and reporting functions
- Upholding a culture of training, development, and team engagement
