Job Description

The Assistant Venue Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading the team across all aspects of daily operations. This position offers exposure to senior responsibilities and is ideal for a motivated professional seeking career growth in a busy, high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in the management of daily operations and service standards
  • Leading and motivating staff across all departments
  • Overseeing rostering, stock management, and compliance requirements
  • Supporting financial performance and reporting functions
  • Upholding a culture of training, development, and team engagement
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a hospitality professional with prior leadership experience in a fast-paced venue. They will thrive in a dynamic environment and bring strong organisational and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for building a career in hospitality leadership.
