Client Profile

With venues in both Sydney and Byron Bay. our client has a an impressive portfolio that spans a range of hospitality offerings in great locations. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in this fun party venue that has recently undergone a facelift. Since its inception, the company has worked hard to ensure the offering and service resonate with both tourists and locals. It continues to trade strongly 7 nights a week and is renowned for DJs, live entertainment and epic events! The venue has a wonderful staff base and the team culture is strong.

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a track record of leading front-of-house teams in a dynamic and fun environment. You will be a passionate industry professional who knows how to motivate staff, identify areas of improvement and bring the team together to get results. 

The front-of-house operations will be at the forefront of this role, whilst providing operational support for the General Manager as you will be their second-in-charge. You will have a great opportunity to grow within this company. Most of their leaders remaining within the group and move up the ladder


Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Experience working in a high-paced environment in a leadership position, whether it be busy bar or nightclub environment.
  • The ability to manage the business operations and be passionate about improving them
  • A great ability to motivate and drive the team culture
  • Experience with high volume venues and late night compliance. 
This role is based in Sydney central, offering strong remuneration comprised of an excellent base salary and superannuation.
