Job Description

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the daily operations of a sophisticated and service-driven venue. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team of front-of-house professionals, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing service team

  • Maintain exceptional service standards in a premium environment

  • Support daily operations across service, staffing, and guest engagement

  • Contribute to team development, training programs, and internal culture

  • Work collaboratively with leadership to enhance systems and performance

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced and driven hospitality professional with a focus on guest experience and team development. You thrive in premium venues, bring a calm and confident leadership style, and are ready to take the next step in your management career.

  • Experience in a high-end restaurant or similar hospitality setting

  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities

  • Strong communication and guest service skills
