Job Description
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the daily operations of a sophisticated and service-driven venue. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team of front-of-house professionals, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing service team
Maintain exceptional service standards in a premium environment
Support daily operations across service, staffing, and guest engagement
Contribute to team development, training programs, and internal culture
Work collaboratively with leadership to enhance systems and performance

You are an experienced and driven hospitality professional with a focus on guest experience and team development. You thrive in premium venues, bring a calm and confident leadership style, and are ready to take the next step in your management career.
Experience in a high-end restaurant or similar hospitality setting
Proven leadership and team development capabilities
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quality-focused environments
