Job Description
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering high-quality service in line with the venue’s reputation. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will uphold exceptional service standards while mentoring and developing the team.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Support the Restaurant Manager with training, rostering, and team leadership
- Champion the produce-driven food and beverage offering
- Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in driving service innovation and guest engagement
The ideal candidate will have a background in premium or hatted dining, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. A desire for professional development and a long-term career in hospitality is essential.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium or fine dining environment
- Proven ability to lead and inspire front-of-house teams
- Strong food and wine knowledge, with a focus on local produce
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Interest in growing into a future Restaurant Manager role
