Job Description

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the leadership team, ensuring seamless daily operations while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will support the Restaurant Manager in driving standards, motivating the team, and contributing to the venue’s ongoing success.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in the management of service across high-volume periods
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Upholding service standards across food and beverage operations
  • Supporting rostering, training, and operational efficiencies
  • Acting as a role model for exceptional communication and teamwork
Candidate Profile
