As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of a sophisticated dining outlet within a prominent Melbourne venue. Supporting the Venue Manager, you will lead a passionate team and drive exceptional service standards across every guest touchpoint.

- Support leadership in staff training, development, and performance
