Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be a service-focused leader responsible for managing daily shifts, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring smooth on-shift operations. This role plays a key part in building the brand locally by delivering excellent customer service and fostering positive community engagement.
Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager, you will support team performance, maintain operational standards and help develop a high-performing crew. The role includes leadership of a diverse team that may include junior team members and entry-level staff, requiring strong communication and people management capability.

Lead shifts and manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures

Deliver exceptional customer service and help build brand presence within the local community

Support recruitment, training and development of crew members

Maintain operational standards, compliance and food safety procedures

Assist with rostering, inventory control and operational reporting

Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving performance targets and operational KPIs
Successful candidates will complete an initial four-week training program in Brisbane, designed to build leadership capability and ensure strong operational understanding before returning to Victoria to support store openings.

Experience in quick-service or high-volume hospitality environments

Previous supervisory or Assistant Manager experience preferred
