Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the leadership team in launching and operating this exciting new venue. This hands-on role involves managing service, mentoring the floor team, and ensuring the delivery of consistently high standards in a fast-paced, premium environment. You will work closely with senior management to bring the venue’s vision to life, with a clear pathway to future leadership roles as the business continues to expand.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting daily operations with a focus on guest experience and team leadership

Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and training of front-of-house staff

Upholding service standards and aligning with the venue’s produce-led philosophy

Managing compliance, shift planning, and team performance metrics

Collaborating with the kitchen and management team to drive excellence
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in premium restaurants or hospitality environments, ideally with exposure to openings or concept launches. A passion for high-quality food, excellent service, and team development is essential. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting and see this as a stepping stone to a long-term career in hospitality leadership.
