Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will responsible for overseeing every aspect of the restaurant's floor operations and financial performance, ensuring its ongoing success

As Assistant Manager you will;
  • Be a key member of the restaurant management team and work closely with the kitchen leadership team
  • Have experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee day to day operations including opening & closing the restaurant
  • Assist with stock takes and oversee ordering
  • Have experience in rostering and approving timesheets accordingly
  • Be influential in implementing processes and standards to ensure all front of house operations run effectively and seamlessly
  • Support the induction and training of front of house employees
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have;
  • Experience as a leader in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with professionalism
  • Strong operational knowledge that’s shared to inspire the team
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Ability to work in a high standard environment
  • Great personal presentation, good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong food and wine knowledge
