Job Description
The Assistant Director of Finance will support the Director of Finance in overseeing all financial aspects of the club’s operations. This includes managing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate financial reporting to support business decision-making.
Manage daily accounting and financial functions, including P&L and balance sheet oversight
Partner with operational leaders to analyze costs and drive efficiencies
Assist with audits, compliance, and internal controls
Contribute to financial planning and analysis to inform strategy
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong hospitality sector experience. They will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; CPA/CA preferred but not essential
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel, club, or F&B financial management
Strong systems knowledge and ability to produce high-quality reports
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
