Job Description
As Area Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-volume stores, coaching leaders, driving performance, and ensuring operational consistency. This role is pivotal in executing strategy, uplifting capability, and delivering outstanding results through empowered teams.

Lead and support a network of store managers across multiple locations

Drive performance metrics including sales, labour, and customer experience

Coach and develop leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture

Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently met

Play a key role in new site openings and growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
You are a confident, people-focused leader with proven experience managing multiple QSR or retail sites. Your strengths lie in driving results through others, building capability, and maintaining high operational standards in fast-paced environments.

Demonstrated success in a multi-site leadership role, ideally in QSR or fast casual dining

Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering KPIs

Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development
