Known for their energetic culture, operational excellence and customer-first philosophy, they are seeking an experienced Area Manager to support and scale their footprint in this crucial market.

Job Description

As Area Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-volume stores, coaching leaders, driving performance, and ensuring operational consistency. This role is pivotal in executing strategy, uplifting capability, and delivering outstanding results through empowered teams.

  • Lead and support a network of store managers across multiple locations

  • Drive performance metrics including sales, labour, and customer experience

  • Coach and develop leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture

  • Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently met

  • Play a key role in new site openings and growth initiatives

Candidate Profile

You are a confident, people-focused leader with proven experience managing multiple QSR or retail sites. Your strengths lie in driving results through others, building capability, and maintaining high operational standards in fast-paced environments.

  • Demonstrated success in a multi-site leadership role, ideally in QSR or fast casual dining

  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering KPIs

  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development

  • Ability to manage high-volume operations and adapt quickly

  • Experience with new store openings and business growth a plus
