Job Description

The Administration Assistant is the first point of contact between retailers and centre management and as such needs to develop great relationships with them. In this position, you will be called upon to support the Centre Manager and Operations Manager as they execute their roles.
  
The role requires a keen eye for detail and adherence to the systems and processes currently in place. You will be responsible for all aspects of leasing including lease interpretation, casual mall leasing, and arrears management as well as being responsible for managing the annual budget and its reconciliation.

Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated administration management experience in a retail centre or head office of a retail centre developer/operator
  • Have experience with MRI software or similar platform
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency in SAP is desirable, but training will be provided to candidates without experience
  • Highly developed skills in understanding and managing retail leases
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures, and become the team expert  
  • Ability to delegate efficiently, work well under pressure, prioritise tasks effectively, and to be flexible and adaptive
  • A positive, can-do attitude, a supportive and team-focused outlook, and a strong desire to empathetically support tenants
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred
