The talent shortage continues to be a major challenge facing the staffing of hospitality operations as the recovery progresses. The cessations of international tourism and other Covid-related issues have placed immense pressure on the pool of people available to fill these new positions.

“We recognise this but there’s nothing to be gained by sitting on our hands! That’s why we have developed unique strategies and new recruitment methodologies to help our clients successfully address these problems,” said Butler.
