We are delighted to announce that our Queensland office is officially open for business!
The Sunshine State is where Australia and much of the world holidays, and we believe it is the perfect location for our second domestic office.
It has long been a strong market for Hastings, given that Queensland generates $28 billion dollars in tourism revenue every year. We look forward to having boots on the ground to elevate our service offering for new and existing clients, as the market rebounds from COVID-19.
Our brand-new office is based in Noosa Heads and will open on January 1st 2021. We believe this is an ideal location, providing ready access to key tourism hubs across the Sunshine State.
Noosa is central to Queensland’s major hospitality centres including the Sunshine, Fraser and Gold Coasts, the Great Barrier Reef, Cairns and Brisbane itself. Prior to the pandemic, visitors were spending a massive $54.2 million per day across the state on tourism, leisure and hospitality.
What’s more, Noosa has played a pivotal role for us since the inception of the company which was named after Noosa’s famous Hastings Street. As a purpose led business, we have made the decision ‘find our place’ in Noosa.
This is just the first step in Hastings’ domestic growth strategy that will see another major-city office added to our business in mid 2021.
All along the way, we will continue to provide the highest professional support to hospitality operators across Australia.
