Job Description
As the Venue Manager, you will lead, develop and mentor a passionate team in delivering service excellence as well as applying commercial business acumen to build the business contributing to the overall bottom line of the organisation. You will be responsible for developing marketing activities, business plans and budgets in line with operational expenditure as well as all cash and stock control.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Retail, Business, or related field (desirable)
- Minimum three (3) years industry experience at a managerial level in a fine dining establishment
- Experience leading, developing and mentoring a team
- Demonstrated responding to and resolving disputes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers and guests
- Worked in fast-paced environments with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills
