The Job
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is a senior position where you will contribute to a professional team.
This role is a rare opportunity for the Venue Manager to assist in guiding the establishment through its next phase of growth.
To be considered for the position you must possess the following;
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Sound background in food and beverage
- Ability to excel in a high volume, high pressure environment
- Passion for exceptional standards
- Have all relevant industry certifications
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability to build, lead and motivate your team effectively
- A passion for food and a strong interest in industry trends
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
