About the role

In this role, you will work closely with the senior leadership team in the development and implementation of innovative service procedures. You will take full responsibility for all aspects of this highly effective front of house team including the recruitment and training of the team and building a strong team culture.

This is a true leadership role, requiring you to set the service culture for the restaurant. The team strives to be the best in every aspect of its operation, delivering a positive, inclusive and welcoming culture.

Candidate Profile


To be successful in this role you will be able to display the following;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven success within a hatted or Michelin starred restaurant
  • Efficient management of FOH operations
  • Developed business acumen
  • Great personal presentation and impeccable attention to detail
  • High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
  • A genuine passion for hospitality fuelling a hands-on approach
Offer

This role is based in South East Queensland, offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary and is open to applicants requiring sponsorship transfer.
