This is a strategic, multi-site role, responsible for driving the strategy that keeps these venues at the forefront of the industry.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will need;
- A proven track record of leading teams of scale across premium operations
- A strategic outlook and ability to collaborate with other leaders
- Exceptional time management and delegation skills
- High-level attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best in the industry
- Experience in all facets of hospitality including food & beverage, gaming, and compliance
- A passion for exceeding guest expectations through engagement and service
- Exceptional commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
- Technical knowledge of hospitality operations
- The ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
