The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. This is a strategic, multi-site role, responsible for driving the strategy that keeps these venues at the forefront of the industry.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will need;

  • A proven track record of leading teams of scale across premium operations
  • A strategic outlook and ability to collaborate with other leaders
  • Exceptional time management and delegation skills
  • High-level attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best in the industry
  • Experience in all facets of hospitality including food & beverage, gaming, and compliance
  • A passion for exceeding guest expectations through engagement and service
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
  • Technical knowledge of hospitality operations
  • The ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
