This internationally recognized brand seeks a hands-on Bar Manager to lead the team within this Iconic venue in the beautiful Newport Beach. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. They will possess an eye for detail and be passionate about developing their staff through hands-on training. We seek a candidate with an inherent passion for cocktails and a creative way of applying your knowledge to the beverage offering.
The role will enable you to take charge of bar operations, and give you the opportunity to make strategic decisions to invigorate product offerings. This role will pave the way for the right candidate to expand their skill set and progress in their hospitality career in management.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Experience running high-profile, high-volume premium bars
- A genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining high-performing teams
- Strong leadership qualities and a genuine passion for the industry
- Exceptional financial acumen and drive to achieve results
- Exemplary communication skills and stakeholder management
- Big picture thinking underpinned by a strategic and structured approach
- A growth mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement strategy
