The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in leading high performing teams in a busy environment. Attention to detail is critical to success as well as a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. They will have a great background in operations with a good grasp of numbers as well as being solutions focussed.
This is a hands-on role that will see the successful candidate lead from the front while motivating and inspiring the team around them.

- Exceptional time management and delegation skills
