The venue will offer multiple experiences under one roof, including a rooftop, beer garden, entertainment spaces and a family-friendly food and beverage offering designed to appeal to a broad local market.

Job Description

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the successful opening, day-to-day operation and ongoing commercial performance of the venue. Working closely with senior management, you will build a strong team, establish operating standards and create a welcoming, energetic culture from day one.

Key responsibilities will include:

You will be confident leading large teams and comfortable operating across food, beverage and entertainment-led environments.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume pub, bar or large hospitality venue

  • Strong operational, financial and people leadership capability

  • Experience recruiting, developing and retaining large hospitality teams

  • A commercial mindset with a strong understanding of labour and cost control
