The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of this flagship venue. This is a genuine leadership role where you will have the autonomy to influence culture, drive commercial performance and create memorable guest experiences while leading an established management team.
You will be responsible for:

Leading, mentoring and developing a large, high-performing hospitality team.

Driving service standards and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Managing financial performance including labour, cost control and profitability.

Overseeing compliance, licensing and workplace health and safety.

Working closely with senior leadership to deliver operational and commercial objectives.
About You
You are an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys building engaged teams. You understand that exceptional venues are built on strong culture, consistent execution and outstanding guest experiences.
To be successful you will have:

Previous experience leading a high-volume hospitality venue.

Strong financial and commercial acumen.

A proven ability to develop, motivate and retain exceptional teams.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

A hands-on management style with a genuine passion for hospitality.
