Job Description
This role is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of a high-volume venue, balancing exceptional guest experience with strong commercial performance. You will lead a large team, oversee entertainment delivery, and ensure operational consistency across all departments.

Full accountability for venue performance, including revenue, costs and profitability

Lead, develop and inspire a large, multi-disciplinary team

Drive entertainment programming and event execution to maximise trade

Maintain high standards of service, compliance and presentation

Collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and growth
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in high-volume, entertainment-driven environments. You bring a hands-on leadership style, commercial acumen and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Proven experience managing large-scale, high-volume venues

Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management

Background in entertainment-led or late-night trading environments preferred
