Job Description

This role is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of a high-volume venue, balancing exceptional guest experience with strong commercial performance. You will lead a large team, oversee entertainment delivery, and ensure operational consistency across all departments.

  • Full accountability for venue performance, including revenue, costs and profitability

  • Lead, develop and inspire a large, multi-disciplinary team

  • Drive entertainment programming and event execution to maximise trade

  • Maintain high standards of service, compliance and presentation

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and growth

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in high-volume, entertainment-driven environments. You bring a hands-on leadership style, commercial acumen and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-volume venues

  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management

  • Background in entertainment-led or late-night trading environments preferred

  • Exceptional leadership and team development capability

  • Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
