They will have a great background in operations with a good grasp of numbers as well as being solutions focussed.
This is a hands-on role that will see the successful candidate lead from the front while motivating and inspiring the team below them.

- A proven track record of leading teams of scale in premium operations

- Exceptional time management and delegation skills
- High-level attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best in the industry
- Knowledge of all relevant compliance as well as experience in gaming operations
- Ability to manage multiple revenue streams and prioritise to drive commercial success
