Holding its own in an area famous for its food & wine and consistently drawing a crowd on weekends with its live entertainment, this quintessential country pub has long been a favorite with locals and tourists alike.
Having recently completed a partial renovation and with plans to further expand the group’s portfolio, the owner is looking for an experienced senior manager to take the reins, manage a strong leadership team and make this role their own.
This role, reporting directly to the owner will see you functioning as the face of the venue, liaising with a broad spectrum of patrons and ensuring their return business. As the Venue Manager, you will be fully responsible for the management of daily tasks within the venue including; stock control, licensing compliance, financials, staff training and of course, an impeccable level of customer service.

- Full understanding of compliance regulations across food, beverage and gaming
This role is offering a competitive remuneration package comprised of $80,000 base salary plus super.
