Our client is a highly experienced Sydney operator with several successful venues throughout New South Wales, including this rural gem.
Holding its own in an area famous for its food & wine, this quintessential country pub has long been a favorite with locals and tourists alike.
Having recently acquired the venue and with plans to further expand the group’s portfolio, the owner is looking for an experienced senior manager to take the reins, manage a strong leadership team and make this role their own.
Job Description
This role, reporting directly to the owner will see you functioning as the face of the venue, liaising with a broad spectrum of patrons, and ensuring their return business. As the Venue Manager, you will be fully responsible for the management of daily tasks within the venue including; stock control, licensing compliance, financials, staff training, and of course, an impeccable level of customer service.
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Experience in a similar role within a bustling, fast-paced venue
  • Strong management skills and the ability to lead a team
  • High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
  • Full understanding of compliance regulations across food, beverage and gaming

This role is offering a competitive remuneration package comprised of $80,000 base salary plus super.
