Job Description
As Sous Chef, you'll work alongside the Head Chef in a collaborative way — assist in building a team, contributing to shaping the menu, and delivering a consistently excellent product. You'll work alongside the front of house teams to create something truly unique and enduring in the Bondi scene. We're not necessarily looking for a Spanish cuisine background - just a Sous Chef (or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up) with a deep respect for produce, clean flavours, and technical confidence on the plate.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role you will have:
Experience in a premium, high-volume kitchen
Excellent kitchen management and leadership skills
The ability to mentor and develop a team culture
A clear, confident style of food that celebrates quality ingredients
Strong understanding of cost control, compliance, and systems
A collaborative mindset and strong communication with FOH
Full working rights in Australia
