Job Description
The Service Manager will play a key role in overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring the delivery of a seamless and memorable guest experience. This is a highly guest-focused leadership role suited to an experienced hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, leads by example and understands the importance of genuine hospitality within a premium dining environment.
Working closely with senior leadership and the wider operations team, you will drive service standards, support team development and ensure the venue consistently delivers polished and engaging experiences for every guest.
- Lead daily front-of-house operations with a strong floor presence
- Champion guest experience and build meaningful guest relationships
- Train, mentor and develop a high-performing service team
- Maintain exceptional service standards across all shifts
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in premium dining environments and a genuine passion for guest experience. You are confident leading from the floor, highly organised and capable of creating a positive and professional service culture.
- Experience in a Service Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior leadership role within premium hospitality venues
- Strong understanding of refined front-of-house operations and service delivery
- Exceptional guest engagement and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire service teams
- Professional, calm and solutions-focused leadership style
Offer
A salary package of $120,000 + super is on offer for the successful candidate.
