Job Description
As the Senior Venue Manager, you will be fully responsible for the management and execution of a clearly defined set of tasks within the venue. These include but are not limited to; stock control, licensing, gaming compliance, the venue’s training program and of course, overall customer service.

This role will allow you to gain experience across all aspects of the business, developing your skillset and expertise learning from a strong General Manager. This presents an opportunity to elevate and develop your career with in a well-respected hospitality company.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Experience managing and facilitating a stock control program in a large-scale venue
• Strong financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control
• Excellent management skills and the ability to lead a large team
• High-level of customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations across food, beverage and gaming

This role is offering a strong remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super.
