Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to lead a busy premium venue in Sydney. This role requires a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced operations, leads from the floor and is passionate about building high-performing teams and exceptional guest experiences.
You will oversee daily venue operations, drive service standards and mentor a team of hospitality professionals while working closely with senior leadership to achieve commercial and operational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a large front-of-house team
- Driving premium guest experiences and service standards
- Managing labour, productivity and operational performance
- Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning
- Maintaining strong compliance and operational procedures
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a proven hospitality leader with experience managing premium, high-volume restaurant operations. You will bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional people leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing hospitality professionals.
