Job Description
This senior leadership role is responsible for the performance and management of a portfolio of venues across NSW. Reporting to the GM - Operations, you will lead, coach and develop Area and Venue Leaders, ensuring alignment to business objectives, cultural standards and financial targets.
- Lead, mentor and develop multi-site leadership teams to deliver consistent results
- Drive performance across key metrics, including sales, labour, COGS and profitability
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing capability development
- Ensure operational compliance, reporting accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Support new site openings and broader business initiatives
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced multi-site leader within QSR, known for building high-performing teams and delivering strong operational outcomes. You bring a hands-on leadership style, commercial acumen and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven experience in multi-site leadership within QSR or fast-paced hospitality
- Strong capability in coaching, mentoring and developing leadership teams
- Commercially astute with experience managing P&L, labour and cost controls
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities across locations
- Passionate about culture, people engagement and customer experience
