Working alongside the proven and experienced sales team you will prospect warm leads and follow up on sales enquiries. The role will see successful candidates work with prospective buyers at every step of the way and will include buyer inspections, CRM management and listings updates.
The ideal candidate for this role will come with a passion to succeed. A high level of autonomy and organisation will be essential to success. Forming good relationships and creating opportunities with prospective buyers will be key to this role.
- Have a current Real Estate License or Assistant Agent Certificate (or be willing to get one within one month of commencement)
- Experience in sales in Real Estate, Luxury or similar
- Be highly motivated and a self-starter
- Possess great communication skills and be well presented
This role is offering a good base and great commission-based structure dependent on experience.
