Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will support the overall operations of the venue, leading service from the floor while ensuring strong operational standards across staffing, compliance and financial performance. This is a highly hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in busy environments and enjoys balancing service leadership with team development and operational organisation.

  • Lead daily service operations with a strong guest-first approach
  • Drive team performance, engagement and service standards during peak periods
  • Support rostering, labour management and operational forecasting
  • Oversee stock control, ordering and variance management
  • Assist in the execution of key events and venue activations
  • Maintain compliance across RSA, WHS and venue procedures
  • Develop and mentor junior leaders and front-of-house team members
  • Support reporting, payroll checks and end-of-night procedures

Candidate Profile

You are a confident and energetic hospitality leader who enjoys creating strong team culture while maintaining operational consistency in a fast-paced venue.

  • Experience in restaurant management within high-volume hospitality environments
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Operationally organised with exposure to labour, stock and reporting processes
  • Comfortable leading service and managing busy trading periods
  • Passion for hospitality, people and guest experience
  • Positive, adaptable and hands-on leadership style
