Job DescriptionAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, community-driven venue. This role is ideally suited to a hospitality professional who thrives in a service-led environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while building a capable, engaged and high-performing team.

You will take ownership of front-of-house operations, lead service standards, and play a key role in team training and development. With a hands-on leadership style, you will ensure the venue continues to deliver a polished and consistent offering while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong presence on the floor
  • Drive exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, mentor and develop the front-of-house team
  • Build a positive, accountable and service-focused team culture
  • Work closely with senior leadership to maintain operational consistency and performance

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced Restaurant Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality, people leadership and community-driven venues. You will be confident leading from the front, setting the tone for service excellence and investing in the growth and development of your team.
You will bring strong organisational capability, commercial awareness and a calm, solutions-focused approach to service. Most importantly, you will understand how to balance operational discipline with warm, personable hospitality.
  • Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong service focus with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Demonstrated success in training, coaching and developing teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
  • Well-presented, hands-on and committed to creating a strong team culture
