Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead at a high-volume, premium dining venue in Sydney. This role is suited to a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving team performance and operational consistency.
You will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, overseeing daily service standards, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure the venue continues to perform at a high level across people, product and profit.

- Drive exceptional service standards across a busy premium dining operation
- Manage daily venue operations, rostering, staffing and service flow
- Maintain strong financial oversight, including labour and cost control

The successful candidate will be a polished and capable hospitality professional with proven experience leading high-volume venues. You will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent people leadership skills and a genuine passion for premium service. - Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume quality-driven venue
