Job Description
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy premium restaurant, ensuring outstanding service, strong financial performance and an engaged, high-performing team. You will lead from the floor, champion hospitality, and work closely with senior leadership to continually improve operations and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead all daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Drive team performance through recruitment, coaching, training and ongoing development.

Manage labour, stock control, reporting, budgets and venue profitability.

Oversee reservations, private events and guest experience from enquiry through to execution.

Foster a positive team culture while ensuring compliance with RSA, workplace health and safety, and operational procedures.
Candidate Profile
You are a confident and hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in premium dining environments. You have a passion for developing people, creating memorable guest experiences and achieving strong commercial outcomes through effective leadership.
You will bring:

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader within a premium venue.

Proven ability to lead large front of house teams in a high-volume, service-focused environment.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing labour, stock and financial performance.

Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.

A collaborative leadership style, strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
