Job Description
As the Restaurant Manager you will be fully responsible for the management of the venue and ensure its ongoing success. You will be a natural leader who creates a great culture and can lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service whether to the strong regular trade or to new patrons.
Candidate profile:
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in a high standard restaurant managers role
- Experience managing labour controls and general costs of the venue including stock management and wastage
- Natural leadership style and an understanding of the importance of chemistry amongst the staff
- A strong business acumen with sound financial knowledge
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A willingness to take the business and make it their own
