Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the restaurant's floor operations and financial performance, ensuring its ongoing success. We are in search of a charismatic leader who can nurture an exceptional workplace culture, inspire top-tier customer service, continue to build the venue community and guide a team towards excellence.

Candidate Profile

  • Monitor and control operational costs, including labor and inventory.

  • A strong passion for training and staff development
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage
  • Adaptability and the capability to lead effectively during high-pressure service periods
