Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will take ownership of the restaurant operation within a large-scale venue, ensuring seamless service delivery across busy trading periods. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments and can maintain exceptional standards while driving team performance.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations across high-volume service periods

  • Lead, train and develop a large front-of-house team

  • Maintain premium service standards and guest experience

  • Manage rostering, labour costs and operational efficiencies

  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive performance outcomes


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced Restaurant Manager with a background in fast-paced, high-volume venues. They will be confident managing large teams and delivering consistent service in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role within a high-volume venue

  • Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development

  • Ability to perform under pressure in busy service periods

  • Solid understanding of labour management and cost control

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
