Job Description
The Restaurant Manager will take a highly visible leadership role across daily operations, acting as the face of the business while driving service standards, guest engagement and team performance.
This role is suited to an experienced hospitality professional from a busy, high-end dining background who understands the pace, attention to detail and leadership required to operate within sophisticated service environments.
You will lead from the floor, building strong guest relationships while mentoring and developing a large front-of-house team to deliver polished yet engaging hospitality.
Key responsibilities include:

You are a polished and experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background operating within high-end, high-volume dining environments. You lead with energy, professionalism and emotional intelligence, naturally inspiring confidence within both guests and teams.
