This marks a new chapter in the iconic restaurant's history and the senior management team are looking for passionate and innovative leader to take the reins.
As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for driving the restaurant, a premium dining venue.
This is a true leadership role, requiring you to set the service culture for the restaurant. The team strives to be the best in every aspect of its operation, delivering a positive, inclusive and welcoming culture.
Business requires a seasoned Restaurant Manager or experienced Assistant Manager ready for a step up to take the helm and further evolve the venue’s already great reputation. The key attribute we are seeking is a positive attitude, supported by experience gained working in premium restaurant environments.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager within a premium venue
- A positive and solutions-focused approach with the desire to build great teams
- High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
- Open communication style with the ability to inspire those working around you
