About the role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for all-encompassing Front of House operations. Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager, the successful candidate will train and lead a talented team to a high standard of procedures and engagement, while driving a vibrant and positive culture in the atmosphere and maintaining a strong sense of pride in the venue and its reputation.

About you

The successful candidate for this role will have;
  • 2 plus years of experience in a large high-end, fast-paced venue
  • A passion for guest experience and exceptional customer engagement skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Food & Beverage, particularly wine, and a desire to train and upskill others
  • A creative, adaptable and collaborative approach to service and operations 
  • A vibrant personality with excellent motivational skills
