Job Description
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be fully responsible for the management of a clearly defined set of tasks within the venue including development/implementation of FOH systems, licensing/compliance, staff training/development, and of course, impeccable customer service.
As Restaurant Manager of this group’s flagshig venue you will;
- Be a key member of the restaurant management team and work closely with the group's senior leadership team
- Have experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
- Oversee all day to day operations including opening & closing the restaurant
- Implement processes and standards to ensure all front of house operations run effectively and seamlessly
- Induct and train all front of house employees
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Ability to work in a premium fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with professionalism
- Strong operational knowledge that’s shared to inspire the team
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Great personal presentation, good communication and time management skills
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Ability to lead and develop a team
