Job Description
The Restaurant Manager will take a hands-on leadership role within a busy and highly regarded Coolangatta venue, driving service standards, team culture and operational performance. Reporting into the Group Manager, this role requires an energetic and adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads from the front.
You will work closely with both venue and group leadership to ensure consistency across service, people and financial outcomes, while helping maintain a positive and engaging team culture.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead daily restaurant operations with strong floor presence

Drive guest experience and maintain energetic, polished service standards

Recruit, mentor and develop front-of-house teams

Support labour management, rostering and operational performance

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Work closely with the Group Manager on venue performance and growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
You are a dynamic hospitality leader with strong people skills, natural energy and the ability to motivate teams in busy service environments. You enjoy being present on the floor, building culture and creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational discipline.
