As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring seamless service, and upholding our reputation for excellence. We are looking for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, with a passion for leadership and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef, Marketing, Reservations & Events and other teams to ensure the ongoing financial success of the restaurant.
Training, mentoring and inspiring the team will be at the forefront of this role and the key to success.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in one or two hatted restaurant
- Experience in leading a large team
- Strong time management skills, multitasking,
- High level communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong background in wine and food trends
- Financial knowledge needs to be demonstrated
- A history of guest satisfaction and the ability to engage the local clientele
