Located just over an hour outside of Melbourne, this property has recently undergone a significant transformation due to the recent addition of a 5-star boutique hotel, art gallery, cellar door and the planned evolution of their F&B operation.
Boasting a world-class restaurant helmed by some of Australia's most respected chefs, our client is now looking to engage an experienced and passionate restaurant manager to join the leadership team as they head into the busy post COVID period.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving, a premium dining venue under the creative control of an acclaimed Executive Chef.
This is a true leadership role, requiring you to set the service culture for the restaurant. The team strives to be the best in every aspect of its operation, delivering a positive, inclusive and welcoming culture for colleagues and customers alike.
We require a Restaurant Manager to take the helm and further evolve the venue’s already exceptional reputation. The key attribute we are seeking is a positive attitude, supported by experience gained working in premium restaurant environments.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager within a premium venue
- A positive and solutions-focused approach with the desire to build great teams
- High-level of customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
- Open communication style with the ability to inspire those working around you
This fantastic role is offering a strong remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super.
